Under his leadership, HNT Technical Services focuses on delivering high-impact, industry-aligned training programs aimed at empowering youth, especially in underserved communities. His previous roles span from Principal at NIMS University to Area Sales Manager at GKB Lens Pvt. Ltd., blending strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence.

With over 2 years in the skill development sector and prior leadership at Jan Shikshan Sansthan under the Ministry of Skill Development, she has successfully driven training programs across rural and urban landscapes.
At HNT, Khushi oversees the design, implementation, and expansion of grassroots skilling programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and real-world impact. Her work reflects a strong commitment to inclusive growth, community upliftment, and sustainable livelihoods.
